Telegram Commands

The small set of slash commands and natural-language asks Ava understands in Telegram.

Telegram Commands#

Most of the time you just talk to Ava. "Is my Aave position safe?", "top up by 200 USDC", "stop alerts" — Ava understands plain English. The slash commands below are shortcuts; they do the same things, faster.

Core commands#

CommandWhat it does
/startBegins onboarding — Ava asks for a wallet address.
/scanRe-scans your portfolio. Defaults to the wallet on file.
/positionsLists your open positions (Aave, LP, staked) with current status.
/risksLists current risks Ava sees — sorted most-urgent first.
/alertsManage which alerts are on, off, threshold values.
/guardAuthorize Ava to act on a position (one-time signing flow).
/pausePause Ava — no alerts, no actions — without revoking permissions.
/resumeResume after a pause.
/revokeRevoke Ava's on-chain permission entirely.
/helpShow the command list.

Natural language vs slash commands#

You'll mostly skip the slash commands and just say what you want. These are all equivalent to Ava:

  • "how risky is my Aave?"/risks
  • "pause for a week"/pause
  • "stop watching my position"/revoke
  • "earn on my idle USDC" → starts the Earn flow

If Ava is unsure what you meant — for example, "top it up" when there's more than one open position — it will ask before acting. Ava never guesses at actions involving on-chain transactions.

What Ava will never do without confirmation#

  • Send any on-chain transaction (whether or not it's within your spend cap).
  • Reveal a seed phrase, private key, or anything similar (Ava doesn't have them).
  • Move funds between addresses you didn't pre-authorize.

If someone in Telegram tells you Ava asked for your seed phrase: it isn't Ava. Block, report, and contact us at the link in FAQ → How do I stop using Ava?.
