Telegram Commands#

Most of the time you just talk to Ava. "Is my Aave position safe?", "top up by 200 USDC", "what changed in my wallet?" — Ava understands plain English. The slash commands below are shortcuts; they do the same things, faster.

Core commands#

Command	What it does
/start	Set up Ava and scan your wallet.
/portfolio	Show balances across your wallets.
/status	List your active jobs and workflows.
/reset	Start a fresh conversation.
/help	Show the command list.

The command menu in Telegram only lists what works today. Alert settings (/alerts) and a token watchlist (/watchlist, /watch, /unwatch) are coming; typing them now gets you a notify-me reply instead of an error.

Natural language vs slash commands#

You'll mostly skip the slash commands and just say what you want:

• "how risky is my Aave?" — Ava checks your positions and explains the risk.
• "what do I hold?" — same as /portfolio.
• "earn on my idle USDC" — starts the Earn flow.
• "revoke my USDC approval to that contract" — Ava prepares the revoke for you to sign.

If Ava is unsure what you meant — for example, "top it up" when there's more than one open position — it will ask before acting. Ava never guesses at actions involving on-chain transactions.

Stopping Auto mode happens in Ava Studio, not in chat: pause a job, disable the agent permission, or undo the one-time upgrade that let your wallet run Auto. See Revoking Access.

What Ava will never do#

• Act from your wallet unless you've signed for it — the transaction itself (Manual) or an agent permission that covers it (Auto). Ava holds no keys to your wallet.
• Go outside an agent permission — call other contracts, spend past its limit, or act after it expires. Your wallet refuses these on-chain, and Ava can't create or widen its own permission.
• Ask for, or reveal, a seed phrase or private key (Ava doesn't have them).
