Quick Start: Check Your Wallet in Telegram

Open Ava in Telegram, paste a wallet address, and see your portfolio + risks in under a minute. No signing required for the read-only scan.

Quick Start#

You'll be done in under a minute. No signing, no wallet connection for the first scan — just a public wallet address.

1. Try in Telegram#

Click Try in Telegram on the site. Telegram opens to the Ava chat and starts you with /start.

Pages for features still in development use Request access. Available experiences use Try in Telegram.

2. Paste a wallet address#

Ava asks for the wallet you want to look at. Paste an EVM address like:

0x1a2b…9F3c

This is read-only. Ava doesn't ask for a signature, a seed phrase, or a connection — it just reads what's publicly on-chain (positions, balances, approvals) and what its data providers index for that address.

3. Read the summary#

Ava replies with a short, plain-English portfolio overview, for example:

Here's your portfolio: $8,240 across Aave, Uniswap V3, Lido • Idle: 2,000 USDC earning 0% • 11 transactions in the last 3 days.

I see an open Aave position with a health factor of 1.3 — liquidation risk is rising. Want me to help protect it?

That's the read-only experience: you can stop there and just use Ava as a wallet-health dashboard in your pocket.

4. (Optional) Let Ava protect a position#

To have Ava act, pick one of two modes:

  • Manual (the default). When a fix is needed, Ava prepares the transaction and sends a Sign on web link. It opens Ava Studio in your browser, where you tap Confirm and sign in your own wallet. You pay the gas; Ava holds no keys to your wallet.
  • Auto (optional). You fund a separate Ava smart wallet — a smart account your main wallet owns — and sign an agent permission for it. Aave health-factor protection then checks your position hourly and repays debt or adds collateral from the smart wallet, with no prompt each time. Ava can only use what you put in the smart wallet; your main wallet is never upgraded or delegated. The standard permission Ava offers covers the main tokens, Uniswap V3 and Aave V3 for 365 days with no spending limit; you can choose narrower permissions with a spending limit on the token you pick, on the Wallets page, instead. Auto on your existing wallet isn't available yet.
  • In Auto mode you stay in charge, in Ava Studio: pause a job on the Running page, turn off a permission on the Wallets page (jobs that relied on it stop), or Withdraw back to your main wallet anytime. See Revoking Access.

From then on, Ava watches the position and warns you before risk gets serious. In Manual mode you confirm and sign each fix; in Auto mode, protection runs on its own and emails you a summary after each repay.

5. (Optional) Get alerts only#

If you'd rather just be warned and decide yourself, stay in read-only mode. Ava keeps watching the position and pings you when something needs attention — no signature, no deposit.
