Quick Start: Check Your Wallet in Telegram

Open Ava in Telegram, paste a wallet address, and see your portfolio + risks in under a minute. No signing required for the read-only scan.

Quick Start#

You'll be done in under a minute. No signing, no wallet connection for the first scan — just a public wallet address.

1. Open Ava in Telegram#

Click Request in Telegram anywhere on the site. Telegram opens to the Ava chat and starts you with /start.

Pre-launch label note: we're using "Request in Telegram" while the product is in private beta. After launch this button reads "Open in Telegram."

2. Paste a wallet address#

Ava asks for the wallet you want to look at. Paste an EVM address like:

0x1a2b…9F3c

This is read-only. Ava doesn't ask for a signature, a seed phrase, or a connection — it just reads what's publicly on-chain (positions, balances, approvals) and what its data providers index for that address.

3. Read the summary#

Ava replies with a short, plain-English portfolio overview, for example:

Here's your portfolio: $8,240 across Aave, Uniswap V3, Lido • Idle: 2,000 USDC earning 0% • 11 transactions in the last 3 days.

I see an open Aave position with a health factor of 1.3 — liquidation risk is rising. Want me to watch it and protect it automatically?

That's the read-only experience: you can stop there and just use Ava as a wallet-health dashboard in your pocket.

4. (Optional) Authorize Ava to protect a position#

If you tap Yes, guard it, Ava walks you through a one-time setup in a browser:

  • A smart wallet is created (or your existing EOA is wrapped) with on-chain spend caps you set — for example, "Ava can use up to 500 USDC from this wallet, only to top up my Aave health factor."
  • You sign once in your wallet (MetaMask or compatible) to authorize that permission.
  • You can pause or revoke this permission anytime, on-chain.

From then on, Ava watches the position, warns you before risk gets serious, and proposes a concrete action when needed — which you confirm in the chat.

5. (Optional) Get alerts only#

If you'd rather just be warned and decide manually, tap Just alert me. Ava will still watch the position 24/7 but won't propose actions — it will just ping you when something needs attention.
