What is Ava Guardian?#

Ava Guardian is a non-custodial AI agent for your DeFi wallet. It watches your positions, warns you when something is about to go wrong, and helps you act. You talk to it in plain English, in Telegram.

Funds stay in wallets you own, and Ava holds no keys to your wallet. In Manual mode (the default), Ava prepares each transaction and you sign it yourself. Auto mode is optional: Ava acts on its own only inside an agent permission you sign — the contracts it may call, a total spending limit per token, an expiry and one chain — and your wallet enforces it on-chain. Auto runs on your own wallet after a one-time upgrade (same address, same keys), or from a separate Ava smart wallet you fund. Pause, revoke or undo it anytime.

What it does, in one screen#

• Watches the parts of your wallet that matter — health factors on lending markets, idle balances, risky token approvals.
• Warns you in plain English when a risk is rising — "Your Aave position dropped to a health factor of 1.3 — liquidation risk."
• Helps you act — it proposes a concrete fix at the moment risk is real (e.g. "top up 300 USDC → health factor 1.9"), shows you what's actually in your wallet, and prepares the transaction for you to confirm.
• Shows you what you're signing. Before you sign, Ava runs a best-effort decode, security check and simulation of the transaction. It can be skipped in some cases (for example, when a token approval has to come first), and it never blocks you.

Who Ava is for#

• DeFi users with open positions — borrowers on Aave who don't want to wake up liquidated, USDC holders sitting at 0%, anyone with old token approvals they've never revoked.
• People who want to be in control without being chained to a dashboard. You should be able to live your life and trust that something is watching.
• Anyone scam-wary of "AI trading bots." Ava is not a trading bot. It's a guardian: it protects, it doesn't speculate, and it moves funds only when you sign the transaction or inside an agent permission you've signed.

What Ava is not#

• Not custodial — it never holds your funds.
• Not an investment manager — it doesn't pick trades, time the market, or use leverage.
• Not financial advice — it explains, it proposes, you decide.
• Not a dashboard — you talk to Ava in a Telegram chat. You open Ava Studio on the web only to confirm a transaction or to manage Auto mode and notifications.

How to start#

The fastest path:

1. Open the Guardian in Telegram (the Request in Telegram button anywhere on this site).
2. Paste a wallet address — read-only, no signing required.
3. Ava maps your portfolio and tells you what matters: open risks, idle assets, stale approvals.
4. If you want Ava to act, pick a mode. In Manual, Ava prepares each transaction and you sign it in your own wallet. In Auto, you sign an agent permission, and always-on protection (like Aave health-factor protection) runs inside it — on your own wallet after a one-time upgrade (same address, same keys), or from a separate Ava smart wallet you fund.
